Selected corner and installation works: I find the corners of a room to be dynamic places of transition. Reflective materials imperfectly echo the painted elements, and allow the viewer to see the piece in different ways as they move in front of it. Situating paintings away from the wall emphasizes their object-ness and they become physical entities, not merely surfaces. Painting directly on the wall integrates the images with its environment.
